BALANCED SCORECARD:
I built a report that summorized the companies Financial totals, Quality Scores, Headcount/Turnover, Training Totals as well as Marketing and Manufacturing totals.
The report gave the executuve members the ability to see at a glance how the company was performing and look back on previous months as well as years.
They could also compare month over month, year over year or break down the company into it's individual divisions and look at the totals independently.
I used a combination of Excel and SQL to provide all of the data. The goal was to have the report rebilit in Microsoft Sharpoint to allow a more dynamic reporting structure and automation beyond that of SQL's capabilities.
